Cars: I have always liked sports cars, and have had several sports cars and a couple of great muscle cars over the years. I used to participate in SCCA sanctioned Ice Racing when I was a lot younger. I drove an Austin Mini Cooper with a 1275cc engine and studded tires. I have also owned the following cool cars in years past: 65 GTO, 65 Shelby GT-350, 66 Corvette Stingray, 64 MG Midget, 63 MG 1100,  67Chevy Malibu SS, 98 Integra Type-R, and a 56 Chevy Sedan. I only have one toy now and it is an 82 Corvette that I have owned for over 25 years,

Bicycling: I enjoy riding bicycles and have ridden in a few century (100 mile) rides. I have a road bicycle and a hybrid bicycle. We have a nice area near the Savannah River where I can get a workout on the hybrid bike. I haven’t been as active this past year as I would like to have been, but look forward to springtime so I can mount up and ride the trails.

Collins Radio Collecting: I am a Collins radio collector and user. I have been restoring and repairing the Collins S-Line radios for several years. I used to maintain Collins radios while I was in the US Air Force in the mid-sixties. I enjoy using these old radios because of their simplicity of operation and the wonderful audio they produce on both receive and transmit.
